Cownty Tales Reserve 4 oz

Pasteurized cow's milk cheese,  Aged for 2 Years, Gouda style.  Crumbly consistency, robust flavor, delicious.  This cheese may contain cheese crystals which is a sign of a well aged cheese.  We use a clear coating mixed with dark cocoa powder to finish this cheese.
