Pure Vermont Granulated Maple Sugar is made using only 100% Pure Vermont Maple Syrup. The granulated maple sugar is produced by super-heating the Pure Vermont Maple Syrup and stirring until the syrup "explodes" into dry crumbs. We also mix the maple sugar with spices to make delicious rubs.
