Due to the nature of our edible and personal care items, returns are evaluated individually at the time of notification. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within a reasonable timeframe at bostonpost@bpd.comcastbiz.net so we can work toward a solution.

We offer a 30-day return policy for non-food and non-bath & body items. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original condition—unworn, unused, with tags

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and notify us immediately at bostonpost@bpd.comcastbiz.net so we can make it right.
